WHICH LEVEL IS RIGHT FOR ME?
1
Choosing the right level ensures you feel both comfortable and appropriately challenged in class. As a general guideline:
Intro to Ballet (Absolute Beginner 1): No prior experience required.
Ballet Basics (Absolute Beginner 2): For those with introductory experience (approximately 3 months) or who have completed a beginner course.
Ballet Fundamentals: For students comfortable with a full barre and simple centre work (including basic turns, waltz steps, and introductory jumps).
Elementary: For dancers with 1+ years of consistent training.
Intermediate: For dancers with 3+ years of consistent training and a strong technical foundation.
If you’re unsure, it’s always best to start at a slightly lower level to build confidence and technique.

Do I Need a membership?
2
No - there is no membership required. While we offer full-term enrolment (12 weeks) for those looking for the best structure, progress, and overall experience, we also provide flexible options.
Our full-term courses allow you to build consistency while still offering flexibility, including the option to make up missed classes at another suitable class.
For those needing more flexibility, we offer 5-class cards, 10-class cards, and single drop-in classes, which can be used as needed, acknowledging the busy lives that we all experience.
I need help signing up

No worries at all! We’ve provided a short, step-by-step tutorial to guide you through creating an account and booking your classes. You’ll be up and running in just a few minutes.
What should I wear?
4
Wear anything that allows you to move freely and comfortably. This can include ballet attire (leotard, tights) or general activewear such as leggings and a fitted top.
Ballet slippers are highly recommended to help with proper technique and movement, but socks can work for your first few classes.
Can adults go on pointe?
Do you offer recitals or performances?
Yes - adult dancers can absolutely work towards pointe! However, safety is our top priority. Pointe work requires a strong technical foundation and properly developed muscles to support the feet and ankles.
Typically, this means at least 1 year of consistent training (ideally attending class twice per week) before beginning pointe preparation. Each student is assessed individually to ensure they are ready.
We absolutely plan to! Performing is a special part of the ballet experience - being on stage, in costume, under the lights.
As we continue to grow a committed student base interested in performing, we will work towards offering recital opportunities.
In the meantime, we offer variation workshops, which give students the chance to learn classical repertoire, develop artistry, and experience a performance-style setting in class.
